1031 Exchange
We provide all the services required to settle 1031 Exchange
transactions. 1031 Tax Exchange Division Federal Tax law allows
investors to utilize a 1031 Exchange to defer taxes on real
estate sales and subsequent purchases. Our underwriter, Old
Republic National Title Insurance Company, also provides tax
and financial advisors to determine if a tax-deferred exchange
is appropriate for your situation.
